Mkomazi is located near the town of Same, just 110km from Moshi, 140km from Kilimanjaro International Airport, 195km from Arusha and 450km from Dar es Salaam.
Same is the nearest town, just 6 km from the park gate via a gravel road. The Park is also accessible on special arrangement through Njiro, Kamakota, and Umba gates

From Zange gate to our camp it is a 20km drive. Once you pass through the gate you drive to the end of the road and take the right at the T-junction, from there you follow the road and signs to Dinidira. Once at Dindira, there is a sign to turn right to Mkomazi Wilderness Retreat, we are at the top of the hill.
